WORSE SERVICE @ HUAWEI AND RAM.

I am receiving the worse service ever at Huawei SA and Ram Courier. My phone was collected by Ram on behalf of Huawei for repairs on the 22nd of February 2019, the turn around time is 21 days to get it back. When I inquire about it both companies are going back and forth about my phone's whereabouts. I have phoned, sent emails even inquired on the social media pages but I am receiving nothing that states I am going to get it back. It's been 8 weeks now.
