Worse experience with Huawei Canal Walk

I want to state a formal complaint towards Huawei Canal Walk Cape Town. I have been to this specific shop 4 time and asked for a screen repair. The first 3 times they simply said they do not have in stock. The third time I asked them to phone me when they do have in stock, which never happened. My mother came to visit me December and we thought that we were going to try again, as I do not stay close to Canal Walk we went anyway (they do not answer there phones). 11th of December when we arrived at the Huawei branch (with the not so friendly lady that work there) they said they my receive more stock that day, but I must leave my phone with them and that it will take more than a week. It is supposedly to be a repair on the same day? My conclusion question is, what am I suppose to do? Nobody answers the phone and if I do drive all the way the answer is going to be: we don't have in stock or leave your phone for a week. I am deeply disappointed in Hauwei Canal Walk.
