WORCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIRIENCE

I've purchased a Hauwei Y61 NOVA in July 2023 cash at Prominade mall Mitchells Plain the phone wa working perfectly, fine this year the phone made a funny sound and it was blank this was on the 28 February 2024, I was so worried to because it didn't fall I was wondering what might be the fault I took it in one of the Hauwei branches which is Canal Walk as I am working nearby, I was advised that it still on warranty till 2025 July so I left it there it was the 30th of February 2024 so they said they need to take it for an assessment if there's any water or physical damage they are not going to fix it or I will have to pay are assured them that it didn't fall so I am certain about that,TILL TODAY THEY NEVER CALL ME TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON I MUST GO THERE MYSELF TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY PHONE AND THEY TELL THE SAME LAME STORY THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON SOMETHING AS IY NEED TO BE REPAIRED MIND YOU I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 14 WORKING DAYS WHO PASSED LONG TIME AGO THIS COMING WEEK WILL MAKE 4 WEEKS NOW MY PHONE IS THERE NOBODY IS MAKING AN CONTACT WITH ME REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF MY PHONE I AM SO DISSAPOINTED WITH HAUWEI I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN
