Woolies voucher

<p>I upgraded my fone to p9 with vodacom last week which includes a R2000 woolies voucher from huawei. The card u get tells u dial*120*7248# and follow the prompts. Did all of that, entered the unique code on card and all my details..... And wot did i get back..... Nothing. No sms with redeem code or email. I sent email to huawei help, who rep**** i must dial the nr on the card and follow the prompts. I told them i already did that and was told they will attend to the problem, but still nothing. I also asked them exactly wot it is i am suppose to get after i dialed and followed the prompts. I still dont know, do i get a sms code, wot do i get so i can use my voucher and why can nobody help me??? Vodacom customer care dont know anything about how the voucher work cause its not a vodacom voucher. I am sooooo frustrated, something that sounded so simple has become impossible to get right. </p>
