Why wont you send me a tax invoice??

I was sent a 'quote' for repairs. However I require a tax invoice (I have now paid) and they refuse to send me one!

I have requested an invoice on numerous occasions and now becoming frustrated!

I need this invoice for my accounts.

Please sort this out!
