Why phone doesn't come with headsets?

I bought a Y6s yesterday at Ackermans President Hyper (Vaal). I am happy with the phone overall but I am disappointed that it doesn't come with headsets. How can I use old headsets on a new device? Buying new quality headset is an expense I'm not looking forward to.

The box was open as the phone was on display but the lady that assisted us assured us that it doesn't come with headsets. I just hope they didn't keep them for themselves, that would be theft and a bad impression for your company.
