Why does it take almost 5 Weeks for a Screen to be fixed if Samsung can do it in 5 Minutes??

To Whom This May Concern: We took our phone to Huawei on the 30th on December 2017 in Canal Walk, Cape Town, for a cracked screen repair. A lady called Shanise helped us that day and advised me that the phone will take 3-4 weeks.

We are now in week 5 and had no communication. I have been trying to call the shop for two days straight and there IS NO ANSWER???

When I called the Huawei contact centre and they said that the phone’s Status is “Ready for collection” and they have now organised for collection which should have happened yesterday 29 Jan 2018.

It amazes me that you have a land line number on the given Job card but then no one answers the call.

Is the phone still in the store? Where is the phone and how long is this still going to take? It is pathetic!
