Where Is my Watch

Hello - I purchased a Watch Fit3 on Sunday at the Sandton City branch - they did not have green in stock and they said that they would order it for me - I paid for the watch.

I have been calling every day since to see whether the watch has come in but there has been no joy. The staff keep on telling me they will call me but nobody ever does.

I have tried calling today but there is no answer.

I need a response TODAY or I will be reporting this to the police
