Where is my parcel??

I'm awaiting a parcel that had to be delivered on the 12 December. Mduduzi Chonco from Huawei who sent me my waybill number doesn't answer his phone or numerous emails that I have sent. Been calling Huawei call centre non-stop from the 18th, and the consultants are very helpful, but can only escalate my problem, and can't help at all. I have my waybill but can't track my parcel ?!
