We will fix your screen.... when we find a screen

I own a P9 plus and have to have the screen replaced, but after phoning shop after shop looking for a screen I was informed that this phone has been discontinued a while ago already..... okay so I need my screen replaced. I make an appointment with your Melrose Arch branch and they respond they have technically difficulties and cant replace my phone screen. Not good enough. I need someone to call me from Head Office as Melrose promised to.phone me and still no luck.
