Watch screen faulty after 3 months!

My Huawei watch Fit 3 was purchased on the 24/12/2024. At only 3,5 months old the screen has gone all pixilated and fuzzy. With ALL the slips,recipets and packaging we returned to the Gateway store this morning. The screen and rear of the phone are in immaculate condition, no scratches, cracks ect.....only to be told by the salesman that hes sure its cracked?!!??! obviously he tells us its not a visible crack but tries to point to the seam going around the screen.....says he seen this before and needs to book it in!!! Absolutely NOT! its not even 4 months old and clearly been well looked after! This is acceptable. I have major concerns about this product and would appreciate someone from Huawei to contact me! (NOT the saleman from the gateway store!)
