Warranty for what??

I'm so disappointed in Huawei, I bought me a psmart 2019 last year and less than a year my phones screen came completey loose,due to lockdown I had to wait to take it back to the store. The technician at the store check the phone out and saw that the glue came loose but there was no indications or marks that the phone fell or had any damage and that I should take it to a Huawei store seeing that it is still under warranty. After doing this they tell me I should get a new screen and that they cant just glue this one back (please note my current screen is working completey fine,not a scratch on that screen) so they book the phone in and call me later the day to tell that I will be charged for the new screen as there is a "dent" on the phone.. now I want to know how the 1st technician missed a whole "dent". What is your purpose of warranty if I cant even be helped with a manfactured problem ??? I have never experienced something like this with any other brand phone and if there is a dent like Huawei is claiming why was my LCD not damaged? Somerset West Huawei was no help at all!!
