Waiting 3 months for a phone to be repaired

I took my Huawei P9 plus to the Melrose arch repair center on the 23 June 2017. Till today ( 18 September) i still have not got the phone. No one can ever call and let me know what is happening and every time i call, its a new story. How do you expect someone to be without a phone for 3 months?????????????????
