VODACOM DONT ASSIST CUSTOMERS WANTING URGENT HELP

I am sick and tired of dealing with VODACOM - their outlets at SANDTON are always full of frustrated customers<br> Yesterday I asked for the Manager because as an elderly South African they dont even provide seats for waiting.<br> I asked the manager at the upstairs outlet at Fourways, to assist me. I had been to the technical outlet downstairs without being helped. I NEED URGENTLY A HUAWEI BATTERY FOR MY ROUTER HB7a1h AND WAS TOLD I HAVE TO ORDER IT GO GO TO OTHER OUTLETS TO FIND ONE- DRIVING ALL AROUND THE AREA WITHOUT BEING HELPED BY THE MANAGER TO FIND a battery for me. <br> My complaint is to HUAWei why do you do this to your customers. Why can I not come to your Grayston <br> Drive office and purchase a battery. Vodacom are the most unhelpful company. I will soon be moving my<br> mobile from Vodacom.
