Very poor product

I lost my phone a month ago. So i just poped in to the Eastrand mall to get a phone to replace the ****** phone. The sales lady sold me the Huawei. The battery life is so bad. From taking it of the charger to getting to work 15 min later it dropped to 60% battery life. Then i dont even use it. Went to Huawei in the Eastrand mall and the sales executive said i should take the phone all the way to Sandton. Why should i take of work to get my junk phone check out. Where are the eastrand service center. Why should a brand new phone be repaired. As i walked out Huawei a Samsung sales agent stopped me and offered me a new Samsung Galaxy if Huawei does not repair it. Thank you Samsung lets see how Huawei look after loyal clients.
