Very Misleading

<p>I called into the call centre to confirm if my phone is covered for accidental damage to the screen and they said it's not for the p8 lite and only for the p8. I then asked the agent what's the reasoning behind this and the consultant could not explain. This is ridiculous service and I asked for head office contact number and the number just rings. I want to escalate a complaint to the director. I am due for an upgrade on another contract of mine and I wanted to get another Huawei and now I am reconsidering. I want a call from a senior in charge </p>
