Very impressed by Eddie from huawei head office

Can I just say that I was very unhappy with huawei initially but Edward dreyden (Eddie) was thee most helpful person i dealt with. He listened to me and kept every promise he made and helped me with my issue better than I ever expected. He went out of his way to drop off my gifts that came extremely late and even gave me a few extra gifts to say sorry. I'm am so greatful for all his efforts and it really made me think differently of Huawei and I hope they promote him or appreciate him as their employee. Thank you so much for lowering my stress levels too. I am very happy with the service recieved by him.
