Very disappointed

I have sent a phone for repairs at the Huawei Honor store at Cornubia mall for an LCD and back screen repair. Unfortunately I have been disappointed that what the call centre offers is not received. They explained that the repairs would be done in one and a half hours but I ahve been waiting more than two weeks. I am very unsatisfied with this service
