VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THEM AND A BIGGGG **** GOING ON

I got an contract with a new phone and a tablet and watch and earphones. signed more than 3 months ago and i am still waiting for the watch and earphones ! I have been ther 40 x and very time they say the wil contact the manager ! Now i thin k its a **** because what they said they dont do and i have to pay more than R800 a mont on to that contract as well . There service is really the worst i have seen in SOUTH AFRICA !!!! i WANT TO CANSEL THE CONTRACT AND WANT MY MONEYS BACK WHAT IT COST ME FOR ALL THE MONTHS INCONVENIANCE AND VERY TIME UP AND DOWN TO THERE OFFICE AND NEVER I CAN GET TO THE MANAGER !!!!! PATHETIC !!!!!
