Useless service

Im so freaking dissipointed in hauwei my brand new phone not even 3months old fell and the screen is broken..... But when i got the phone they told me that i get a 100days free screen repair.... I phoned then and now they have 10 000 things and reasons not to repair it.... For what am i paying than????? I will never in my life use hauwei again..... You guys are useless....
