Useless huawei company

I have a problem with my wifi router, its faulty. I have it only for five months and I contacted huawei customer care for assistance. They told me that I must bring it to Melrose Arch as their repair center is situated there and they don't have a repair center in Pretoria. I mean I live in Pretoria then I have to drive all the way to Johannesburg for it to be checked. How come such a big company like it doesn't have repair center in big cities like Pretoria. This is insane.
