Useless and Pathetic Service

What a useless and absolute pathetic service. Courier my laptop to Huawei Canal Walk Cape Town for new battery. Pay for quotation. 7 to 14 days waiting period. After one month I start calling and WhatsApp the shop. They will come back to say when battery is there. Phone and whatsapp again after 2 weeks. They will respond. Still no response. After another week (2 months later) they received faulty battery from supplier and unfortunately no more batteries for this Matebook Laptop in the world. They will refund me and I must send courier to get my laptop. Two months from receiving quote just to find out the batteries are discontinued but they receive a faulty one???? Does not even make any sense. If it has been discontinued how can they order and I paid and they don't know it has been discontinued but they receive a faulty one??? I will never buy Huawei brand ever again!!! Useless and pathetic service!!!!!
