Upgrade and maintenance to telecommuncation infrastructure on my pavement!

<p>Huawei has dug up yet AGAIN on my pavement after i spent a fortune trying to rectify my lawn from the first time they put in fibre cables. It is unacceptable! They left a note on the same day they commenced work advising that they need to do upgrading and maintenance to the infrastructure with a contact person XOLANI RYAN KHUMALO and after trying to call him on numerous occasions and sent emails - NO RESPONSE has been forthcoming! You guys are pathetic and do not keep to your word that you will restore the lawn to the way it was. DISGUSTING!!!!!</p>
