Unsuccessful delivery

I bought a phone with other cellphone accessories and it was delivered at my home address and I wasn't available so they said I should change to my work address. Now it's been two weeks since i haven't received my order. Been calling back and forth . I'm tired all I want now is my money back because I'm being made a fool now .
