Unsatisfactory service

I am really frustrated, I bought a cellphone on contract at Telkom in November 2023 and they were running a promotion, were you get a smart watch at zero cost, the consultant at Telkom helped me with the claim and it was successful approved by Huawei. I was told that the watch will be delivered at my door. December I followed up, they promised me lies, January was promised lies still.We are now towards end of February with no communication or whatsoever. The main reason I bought that phone was because of the watch. I am so disappointed and wish to return their product
