Unprofessional and unacceptable service

In December 2023 we bought a Huawei device at an MTN outlet in Mall@Carnival and the device came out with gadgets (smart watch and earphones) The Gadgets were apparently out of stock at the store and were promised to have been delivered in 14 working days By February 21 2024 these gadgets were still not delivered and went to check how far was the process since it was already too long after the allocated 14 working days,the lady (Huawei Rep) who assisted promised that within 14 to 21 working days after February 21 it will be delivered.

We've been visiting the store to find out how far the process was for 7 months, we were eventually referred the superior (a guy this time) who bluntly **** to us by giving us a waybill from a courier company which was back dated to February in July - the tracking showed the gadgets to still be at the warehouse,later it was shared with us that they have been delivered and signed for which was totally incorrect and no proof provided when requested.

After 10 months of struggle were referred to another person who apparently shared the same waybill still showing the 27 February 2024 and gadgets as still at the warehouse. This experience is very unprofessional and disappointing for sellers to lie to their customers and not delivering their items as promised according to the sale. It been over 10 months since we have been waiting till to date 23 October 2024 no gadgets delivered

This is really terrible because we could have went with any other brand since Huawei representatives are not trustworthy.

Why sell something you don't even have I'm pretty sure they stole the gadgets for themselves because how hard can it be to get them delivered in 10 whole months.
