Unprofessional and poor workmanship

I went in at huawei repair center rosebank. For my p40 pro to be fixed, i was required to wait 2 hours. 3 hours later i returned for my phone and it was not fixed. The consultant promised that the phone will be fixed, i requested for the manager it took the manager 30 minutes to attand to me. When she came eventually came. She promised me quick fix to the problem. The branch as whole is unprofessional. This mean i am going to pay R 4206.50 for poor workmanship and a consultant that has a bad attitude.
