Unhappy Huawei online purchase

I Bought a Huawei nova 12i online on Sunday the 25th August 2024 and it was delivered to me on the 28th of August the camera is supposed to be 108MP but the quality is terrible its giving a low quality phone picture take. I than called their customer Service: ***.To ask about their return process and I was told that I can't return a open phone by an agent named Zoey. How was I to know that I would or would not be like the camera feature. If I had kept it sealed. Can someone from Huawei kindly explain this to me. As I am so livid to a point I want my cash refund of R5999
