Unhappy, Disappointed customer

Dear Huawei

This has gone too far.

In November I was promised by the person checking in the phone (she had a bad attitude from the start) that I would have my phone in one week, 8 weeks have passed and not a word. Not once has Huawei updated me out of their own.

If I was correctly informed, I would have made an informed decision. Huawei Menlyn, Pretoria.

I have recommended Huawei products to many people over the years, but due to poor support services, I will advise otherwise.
