Unhappy customer -HUAWEI

My Husband bought me a brand new Huawei Watch Fit, 12 days ago, so I put the watch on Charged last night, surprise this morning to see the screen was CRACT. Husband went to Huawei shop at Springs Mall, and sales person told him screen not part of warranty. We need to pay R1700 to get it fixed. I refuse at it brand new. Will never buy any product from Hauwei ever again .
