Unhappy customer

Yesterday my brother went to Huawei Menlyn to buy cellphone battery he was told to leave the phone and come collect it today by 12:00 we arrived at the shop at time communicated, however the phone was not ready. When we enquired what is happening we were told the person who is responsible to fix it is not around and that they identified additional costs to fix the phone which was not communicated. Few minutes later they gave him his phone only to find out they did not replace his battery that he already paid for it. The guy by the name Gregory told him to his face that the fact he doesn't want to fix additional stuff that costs 2100 that he doesn't have because he only wants the battery they don't want to replace the battery and he will refund him the money. The staff is not professional and also has audicity to be so entitled. We waisted petrol yesterday and today for a bad attitude that we were given.
