Unhappy Client

I booked in a D14 Matebook Laptop on the 17th of March 2023 due no sound output. Was promised that the laptop will be fixed in approximately the next 21 days. Today it is the 05th of May 2023 and I still haven't received any correspondence. Whenever I call I am being told that the agent will call me with feedback, but no one calls Amelia has promised multiple times and I am loosing my cool. The worst service ever.
