unfair practice

<p>my husband upgraded his contract with Vodashop in centurion december 2016 where there was a Promo running that you upgrade to HUAWEI P9 and receive a r2000 woolworths voucher , first we struggled to get the voucher as we were told we should find it inside the phone package but it was not there , we finally received the coucher after 3 weeks and to our suprise it was not the actually voucher but a number that we had to email HUAWEI in order to reedeem . we redeemed the voucher by following instruction in January the 16th and we were told its gonna take 30 days up to this there is no voucher , we tried contacting Huawei to no avail.</p>
