********* money scheme

My device is less than a year old. Bought it in July 2018. It started giving issue's like: freezing, complaining about storage when I had 3g of free space, some apps not downloading, some not opening, some hanging when opened. I called the service center and the phone was collected. 4 days later, I received a quote from the service center, quoting me for hardware/external part of the phone. I was quoted on the Usb sub-board, battery cover and front cover. I reminded the techies that the issue is the processor/software of the device,not the external components. I requested that they fix what is broken and leave what is not. (The external/body of the device have a chipped screen and a cracked line at the back of the device.) The reason this is happening is because the fixing of the software is free because the device is under warranty. The fixing of the hardware is not free because of the physical damage. So what want to fix the hardware to make some money of this.

This is appalling and just a money making scheme..
