unacceptable service

I bought an huawei tablet youth 2 at game store in cape Town my tablet fell and screen broke now I get told in order to repair my tablet I must send it to jhb and pay for courier costs that is unacceptable seriously why sell it anywhere else if there is no repair centres for it except in jhb I'm not happy at all!!!! No way am I gonna pay for transportation fees for my tablet and its still under guarantee!!!! Not even a year old
