Unable to load Apps

Good Morning. I am really frustrated. I do not want your phone anymore. I have been using a Samsung for the past year,. I ONLY SWITCHED to Huawei I think in Feb and I am. Frustrated everyday. The phone was giving me a problem and I had to reset it.. I unable to log on to WhatsApp, I work with WhatsApp every day and I can't do anything. Please take your phone I want to go back to Samsung.
