Trouble with Huawei

The worst service I ever got. I've had Samsung phones all my life, and never had one issue. As I needed tot upgrade a few months ago, the sales rep convinced me to go for the P40 pro with the GT2e smart watch. I specifically asked him if all my apps and everything will work, knowing I use my phone for business and it is very important. The more and more I use my phone, the slower it gets and sometimes freeze. The locations on the phone is way out. Since day one. I cannot send a pin to anyone on whatsapp, the pin is at the wrong place. The watch's screen is coming loose, and I don't even use it to swim or gym or nothing. I don't even sleep with it. So it has a easy life. The Huawei sales rep can't even sort my locations out. I should've stayed with Samsung and android
