Treat local staff very bad

Huawei is treat local staff very bad, for them to release people is like games for them and they released only local staff. I have worked there for 7 years they released me because they outsource my work to India and they make my position redutant so that they can able to release me. And they do South Africa job but they give foreigner people a job than local. We as local we don't have security there because they fire us anytime they want. And our contract says Project based, as long as company run we have to work until the project closed . I don't know that Huawei in china they aware that they have poor management in Huawei at South Africa. We really need help about Chinese treatment.
