I'm extremely disappointed with Hawaii Care Insurance. I recently had my phone ****** and tried to claim, only to be told that unless it was taken forcefully, my policy wouldn't cover it.

It feels like I've been paying for nothing. I'm advising everyone to stay away from Hawaii Care due to their misleading policies and poor customer service.

The lack of transparency and clarity on policy terms is unacceptable. I hope they review their policies to better serve customers.

Would not recommend.
