Three weeks gone by and still no Huawei GT Watch

i recently upgraded my Phone Contract with MTN and was able to apply for a Free Huawei GT watch. I did the application, sent through the appropriate paperwork and waited for the response. 0n 18 April 2019 i got a response from Huawei that my application has been approved and the Watch would be delivered within 2 weeks.

i called this morning to confirm delivery as it is a week later than they said delivery would have taken place. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly but they did not manage to locate my application and it have to be referred to somebody else, this is unacceptable behavior as i now have to wait for another 24 to 48 hours for an answer. Why could they not just deliver the Watch on time as promised
