They dont deliver after payment has been done..

I have booked my phone for repairs two months ago, and I have received a quotation that stated that I need to pay R1,541.37 and I paid it last month and sent them a prove of payment as they have requested I even called them to alert them that I paid and I have sent them a prove of payment....after 2days they sent me another quotation stating that I need to pay R1,607.08 I called them and asked about the new quotation that I got from them they told me to ignore it was a system error, I then asked about my phone if it was repaired they told me that they have replaced the screen and they still waiting for battery but after two days my phone will be ready for delivery. I waited and called them after 3days seeing that no one is communicating with me with regards to my phone after promising that phone will be delivered after 2days I contacted them they then told me that quality what what from their company rejected the delivery because phone was not in a good condition they didn't even care to contact me just to alert me about the whole situation.. I requested to talk to manager they said he will call me back even today am still waiting for the manager to call me back when I call their offices they not picking up they phones please help I need my phone back its still new and I have already paid for them to fix the screen.
