they a disgrace really

this is how i am disgusted with huawei care pro ... i took out an policy by them when i 1st bought my device in july 2022 in august my phone fell and had a crack and i wanted to claim and they told me since i didnt pay my 1st instalment my claim was rejected ... i paid in august my 1st instalment ... and i continue using the phone that have a crack on the screen ..yesterday my phone fell and a car drove over my phone (i was on my way to the tuckshop at work ) i work at a transport company ...so i wanted to claim again since the 1st claim was unsuccessfull ... soooo they rejected again after telling her over the phone what really happened with the phone ..this was there respond on email : ...
