Theft

Took my phone to Melrose arch Huawei on the 30th Nov 2019, I was then given a quote for repairs of which I declined. My fiancé went back to collect the phone only to find out the phone was not where to be found. After all the up and down phone calls etc, eventually I was told the phone has gone in for repairs, of which was their mistake so they will take care of the bill, on the 18th Dec 2019 my fiancé went to collect the phone because he was annoyed he didn't have a look @ the phone as it was packaged after getting home we opened the phone only to realise the sim slide is gone, like seriously guys I don't even know if this is my phone to begin with, how am I suppose to use a phone without a sim slide, I have a child at home how does anyone contact me if anything happens this is not on, I think I should refer the matter to SAPS as this is theft
