The worst service ever!

Three months! Three months and, my laptop is still not repaired/replaced by Huawei under the replacement guarantee. The national customer care manager said I need to give them a couple of days more, or if I want, he can give the machine back to me, and I can go and give it to Vodacom to get it sorted out. This was said to me in the second week of December last week, and since then, I couldn`t reach him again.

From the odd 128 hellopeter reviews that haven't been responded to by the company, it is clear that Huawei Menlyn/Melrose simply doesn`t care about service or their company's reputation.
