The worse service ever for a cellphone

I qualified for the free screen replacement and dealt with Charlene that is never in the office and have spoken to various people now to arrange the collection for my huawei cellphone but nobody seems to be able to assist me I had to buy me a iPhone yesterday to send my poor quality phones in and still ridiculous service.
