The poorest service I've ever came across

I sent my phone for repairs, I Was billed R2080 and never received any feedback back, I was. The one who kept on calling Huawei. They said they are waiting for a certain part and the the following day they sent my phone after more than a month. The problem with the phone was the screen, it was cracked but when it came back it didn't even last 10 days it completely died. I have been calling and no one is helping me. I want my money back since they don't even want to take it and check what they did to my phone. I use that phone for business but now I'm stuck.
