terrible terrible

I think for an uo and coming brand the service is poor and unprofessional. unfortuantely it doesnt come close to either Samsung or Apple when it comes to service. I have the GT2 watch and the screen is cracked and needs replacement. The service is asif it didnt matter to them. couldnt tell me exactly how long it will bve as they not sure if they have the part...isnt it possible to check on the system? then I have a set of Huawei headphones that I received with the watch and the one ear isnt functioning properly. "Sorry we cant fix that as it was a gift with the watch" ... this is absolutely laughable
