Terrible service and inferior product

I purchased a Huawei band 6 for mother to monitor her swimming (normal swimming training). I specifically asked for a watch that tracked swimming when purchasing it. After 6 weeks the watch stopped working. They replaced it no questions asked and no explanation. After 8 weeks we had the same issue. They refuse to replace it due to water damage and have sent me a quotation for a new watch. This is supposed to be a sportswatch that tracks your swimming activity. I have now escalated this twice with no one at Huawei willing to budget even though though this is a product fault. Do not purchase a Huawei product.
