Terrible Service

Huawei service is terrible. Melrose arch use to be great now its horrible. Took in a freelace to get repaired and they never got back to me. Finally I went back to pick up and they returned it. Lady said it was sorted out. Nothing was done one side still never worked. After that I spoke to a customer care guy and he suggested that i should not put my experience on hello peter. I don't think Huawei is getting better.
