terrible service

I recently took out a mobile contract at telkom mobile for a huawei mate 7 phone..I currently have the phone for 2 months now..Unfortunately I had a bad experience as my phones screen got damaged..I then called telkom mobile and they informed me to go to the telkom store and they would assist me.when I got to the telkom store, they informed me that they cannot assist me regarding my phone.i then met a huawei consultant in the telkom store, I explained to her my situation and she then made a call..she then informed me I should go to the huawei head office in sandton and they would assist me.on Monday when I arrived at the head office, the receptionist was so rude and informed me I should go to bedfordview repair centre, they would assist me and would also give me a free screen repair.i then called them first as my time has already been waisted.the guy at the huawei repair centre then told me it would cost 1700 to repair my phones screen.ive received terrible service.bieng **** to several times from huawei consultants.i currently have 3 huawei products and after this incident, I will never buy another huawei product unless I receive better service and told no lies to push me away.
